Vibro Massage
Reduces discomfort of aching muscles, can be adjusted between delicate and deep penetrating.

Steam Sauna
A moist skin cleansing heat that helps with dry and acne skin types. The temperature can be adjusted to individual requirements.

Vichy Shower
Uses 8 heads controlled by 4 preset programs for therapeutic and relaxing treatments. Water pressure and temperature, and spray pattern and angle can be customised to suit.

Infrared Sauna
Provides radiant heat that reaches deep into the body to increase metabolism and burn between 600 and 1200 calories per half hour.

Aromatherapy 
Essential oils can be released through the steam sauna and will compliment various Cocoon and Day Spa treatments.

Chromotherapy
